Tibor Nagy

I think I first came across this artist in Domino Magazine. His daughter said that a sculpture of his that she had was her most prized pocession because her father lived in a communist country and she could sense his deep yearning for freedom in his bird series. That's his name at the top of the image and his website is name followed by, you guessed it, .com.

Oscar de la Renta

I love this dress so much that I just realized I had cut it out 3 different times. I even almost bought it but balked at the $3000 price tag.

Michael Kors

Found this dress while searching for one I like better. I have a hard time with this blog because I find so many amazing images in magazines, cut them out and keep them but then I can't find them on the internet so the stuff I post here is truly just a small sample of the amazing stuff I see and like to share. I will try to start doing some scanning.

A Little Late, but a Christmas Ornament

Hate the background, but I am strangly drawn to the ornament. Very Missoni, but not, Thomas Glenn actually... never heard of him.

Another Flower Girl Dress

That I looooved! Thoughts??

Durer

Everyone loves this painting by Durer so I am officially unoriginal but I just love it so much I had to post it.

BCBG Adorableness

This picture doesn't do this dress justice. I saw it in person and tried it on and it was so cool. The drop waist fell lower on me, which I actually think is cuter. This is a BCBG dress selling for $320 at Bloomingdales and Lord and Taylor.

Did Someone Say?

Did someone say Alice + Olivia? Only one of my dress obcessions!

Bed's for my Daughter

I have a small problem, it's called: I'm obcessed with beds. I came across this one at a local auction house and I almost bought it but then something about the top of it didn't sit right with me. It sold for only $500 and is from PA from the 1830's. Isn't it great that you can buy something this beautiful and authentic for less then a piecec of particle board shaped like a bed from Pottery Barn?

Party Shoes

I am not a shoe girl at all. You could strap two potato skins on my feet and as long as they offered some form of coverage I'd be fine. However I am obcessed with this Louboutin's. The first time I came across them was in Bazaar... which now that I think about it I haven't recieved a Bazaar in awhile... better check if my subscription is current.

French Frame

I hope I haven't put this up before but I found this frame on eBay... apparently it's French... isn't it amazing?

Typewriter

I don't know if I've put this up before but isn't this a fantastic old typwriter? I have never seen one like this in person.

Flower Girl Dresses

I was searching flower girl dresses for Clem and I came across this one which I lost my mind over. The bride, however, didn't go for it... so I'm thinking about it for the C's first communion. Thoughts????
