This is a beautiful house in Chevy Chase MD. Yes, it would be prettier and more outstanding if it was painted a different color, but I think this house is a great example of the beautiful homes in Chevy Chase MD and NW DC. What surprises me is that some people with money would rather live in a cookie cutter cheap feeling house in bumblefuck VA then in a house like this that is old, historical and with beautiful architectual details. This house probably sells for between 1.5-2 million dollars, depending on the amenities.April 25, 2007
